These errors occur when saving or previewing work done in Chart Studio:

[getChartDataXML] HttpService Error: HTTP request error
faultCode:Server.Error.Request faultString:'HTTP request error' faultDetail:'Error: [IOErrorEvent type="ioError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="Error #2032"]. URL: http://servername/cognos8/vantage/squrl/squrl.jsp'

or when loading Chart Studio:

Could not retrieve data from Vantage server with the following parameters: 'http://servername/cognos8/vantage :DataSourceName : 111%3A4ba7d978-735e-3f7c-ac14-0427d81be1b8%3A2027297837'

These happen when your Cognos session has expired.  You need to log back in to Cognos to configure your visualizations.  Follow the steps below to start a new Cognos session.

1. Close Chart Studio by clicking on the red 'X' icon on the top right to bring you back to Vantage Administration
2. Click on the 'Home' icon on the top right corner of Vantage Administration, this will be to bring you to the Cognos Log In screen
3. Login with your credentials and go back to Vantage Administration by clicking on the Launch menu in Cognos Connection and selecting Vantage Administration.
