[MAP-502] - Map Legend not updating on when multiple attributes are symbolized with 'map data only' client side shape attribute layers
[MAP-506] - Image Icons for client side layers do not render offset.
[MAP-507] - First time an icon is requested from a client browser for a client side point layer it will be offset. (Once it is cached, it will no longer offset on report execution)
