This feature is currently not supported, you can view the saved output of a scheduled report but the visualizations will not be present.  To see the visualizations, rerun the report in interacive mode by clicking on the triangle at the top of the Cognos Viewer.  However, we are actively investigating solutions to allow Vantage visualizations to appear in saved output.
