Issue:

On the first execution of a report, the Vantage Visualizations reports an error, but on subsequent executions, the Visualizations behave as expected.

Solution:

Vantage 3.5.x does not support default prompts. Add a prompt page with the default prompts set and have the user submit it on first run.
